Last Updated: October 26, 2023
Welcome to e33gvisadocuments.com (“E33G Visa Documents,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, which primarily involve providing consulting and assistance for Indonesia visa applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the website e33gvisadocuments.com and engaging with E33G Visa Documents for any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and E33G Visa Documents.
2. Scope of Service
E33G Visa Documents provides professional consulting, guidance, and assistance services for individuals and entities applying for various types of visas to Indonesia. Our services include, but are not limited to, advising on visa requirements, assisting with document preparation, reviewing application forms, providing submission guidance, and communicating with relevant authorities on your behalf where permissible.
Crucially, E33G Visa Documents facilitates the visa application process. We do not issue visas, nor do we guarantee the approval or issuance of any visa by the Indonesian government or any other immigration authority. The final decision on all visa applications rests solely with the respective government authorities, and their decisions are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays, rejections, or changes in immigration policies by the government.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation required for your visa application.
- Inform us promptly of any changes to your personal circumstances or information provided.
- Cooperate fully with our team and respond to requests for information or documents in a timely manner.
- Understand that providing false or misleading information can lead to visa rejection and potential legal consequences.
- Be responsible for meeting all deadlines set by E33G Visa Documents and the immigration authorities.
4. Fees and Payment
Our services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. Fees for our consulting and assistance services will be clearly communicated to you prior to engagement, either through a quotation, our website, or other written communication. All fees must be paid in full as per the agreed payment schedule before we commence or continue with the agreed services.
Please note that our service fees are for our consulting and assistance services only and do not include government application fees, embassy fees, biometric fees, courier charges, translation costs, or any other third-party costs associated with your visa application. These additional costs are your sole responsibility and must be paid directly to the respective third parties or reimbursed to E33G Visa Documents if we pay them on your behalf.
5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is detailed in a separate document available upon request or on our website. Generally, fees for services rendered are non-refundable once work has commenced on your application. We cannot issue refunds for government fees, embassy fees, or other third-party costs, as these are beyond our control and are typically non-refundable by the respective authorities regardless of the application outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E33G Visa Documents, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
